Francioni Cloud Solutions ("Francioni", "we", "us") is a London-based cloud and AI consultancy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@francioni.co.
Hosting
This website is a static site served from Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure via the CloudFront content delivery network. Standard technical data (such as IP address and user agent) is processed transiently to deliver pages and protect the service; the website itself sets no cookies until you make a choice in the cookie banner.
Data we collect
Contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your company and phone number if you choose to provide them. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are sent to us by email via Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure hosted in the UK/EU and are not stored in a database by this website.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and user agent) to distinguish people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics is only loaded after you choose "Accept All" in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Legal bases
We process contact-form data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and analytics data on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR, Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) respectively).
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors named above (AWS for email delivery, Cloudflare for bot protection, Google for analytics) as needed to operate the site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email contact@francioni.co to exercise any of these rights.
